Privacy Policy
Effective August 21, 2026. This policy describes the data practices of AllianceLogd across the website and native Android/iOS applications. By using the service, you also agree to the Terms of Use.
When you create or use an account, AllianceLogd may process your email address, authentication identifiers, display name, handle, avatar, profile fields, team affiliations, preferences, favorites, notification settings, and account timestamps. The app also processes content you choose to submit, such as robot logs, ratings, reviews, comments, photos, lists, corrections, feedback, and safety reports.
Display name, handle, avatar, bio, location, website, affiliations, favorites, public activity, approved photos, robot logs, ratings, reviews, comments, and lists may be visible to other people when those features are public. Do not submit private contact details, credentials, private team documents, or other sensitive information to public fields.
AllianceLogd uses data to authenticate accounts, provide profiles and robotics features, save preferences, deliver notifications, operate recommendations and community features, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits and App Check, investigate reports, respond to support requests, maintain service security, and understand product performance.
AllianceLogd uses Google Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Analytics when enabled, and App Check. Google Sign-In may be offered, and the iOS app may offer Sign in with Apple. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies as part of authentication, infrastructure, analytics, push delivery, and abuse-prevention services.
AllianceLogd uses public robotics information from services such as The Blue Alliance, FIRST, and other robotics data sources. Requests are generally made to obtain team, robot, event, match, and season information. Server-side integrations are used where credentials or rate limiting are required.
If you enable push notifications in a native app, AllianceLogd stores a per-installation identifier, platform information, app/build version, notification preferences, and an APNs or FCM registration token so notifications can be delivered. Invalid tokens can be disabled automatically. The current device token is removed on sign-out on a best-effort basis, and account deletion removes registered devices tied to the account.
Reports and moderation information are used to review spam, harassment, abusive content, impersonation, unsafe behavior, and other rule violations. AllianceLogd may preserve limited non-personal or de-identified audit information when needed to prove that a deletion or moderation operation completed, while account-linked content is handled according to the deletion process and applicable requirements.
AllianceLogd does not sell personal data. The website may display advertising through Google AdSense or similar services when advertising is explicitly enabled. Native Android and iOS shells do not load the website AdSense integration. Any future native advertising integration must be separately implemented and disclosed before use. Where consent is required for website advertising cookies or personalized ads, the relevant consent controls must be provided before those technologies are used.
Information is kept while it is needed to provide the service, meet security and moderation needs, or satisfy legal obligations. You can request permanent account deletion from inside the signed-in Profile area. The deletion flow removes or scrubs account-linked authentication data, private and public profile records, community content, relationships, notification devices, and supported uploaded files. Deletion is irreversible.
AllianceLogd uses Firebase Security Rules, authenticated Cloud Functions, App Check on protected backend operations, bounded validation, and platform security controls to reduce unauthorized access and abuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their login credentials and report suspected account compromise.
For privacy questions, account/data concerns, or support with deletion, use the AllianceLogd contact page. Include enough information to locate the relevant account or content, but never send a password, authentication code, or private credential.
